The following is a summary of content that can be searched on Facebook
Post and Comments from Owned Business Pages
When you connect your Facebook Business Manager account to Zoomph, you can collect all posts and comments from any Business Pages that you manage.
When creating a feed, add the Facebook page(s) you would like to track, and you can select to pull in Posts and/or Comments.
The following analytics will be available for content from your owned Facebook Pages:
- Impressions
- Reach
- Number of Shares
- Number of Comments
- Reactions (Likes, Loves, Angry, Sad, Wow)
Posts and Comments from non-owned Facebook Pages
Using the Facebook Page Search, you can track content from any public Facebook Pages that you do not own. You'll be able to track Posts and Comments. Any content pulled in that is not from the page owner will be anonymized.
To track a page, you can copy and paste the Facebook page URL into the search box and Zoomph will look up the page for you to add.
Content from the non-owned Facebook pages will include the following analytics:
- Projected Impressions
- Projected Reach
- Likes
- Comments
