ZPoints™ is a context sensitive measurement of social influence that determines influence based on the units of attention a social media topic is generating.

ZPoints™ helps you pinpoint, rank, and engage with your unique social media influencers, and stay informed on what matters.

How ZPoints™ Work

Every item that is pulled into your feed(s) is given ZPoints™ based on how much engagement that post receives. This can be a combination of likes, retweets, shares, comments, etc. The higher the ZPoints™, the more influence a post had.

An item's ZPoints™ update in real-time as it receives more engagement, so you'll always be aware of which posts are resonating the most with your audience.

Items with higher ZPoints™ are likely to come from people in social conversations who create buzz, who incite action, and who have listeners. These are your Influencers.

Your Influencers are the people who want to engage with to help spread your brand's messages to widespread audiences that will listen.

Zoomph provides an Influencer score to the people in your conversations based on the ZPoints™ of their content to show you who you need to be engaging with.

Items with a high ZPoints™ score are also items that you may want to feature on your visuals, as your audience has told you that that particular post matters to them.
