Content

This guide on Content Discovery will focus on searching and post analytics. We have an alternative guide of leveraging the moderation features.

Content Discovery is where you can view all of the social content that your feeds are tracking. You can search for your owned/earned posts, posts with specific tags, and different content filters. Content Discovery also has insights on individual posts, and contains our moderation functions for visuals as well.

Accessing the Feature

There is icon for Content Discovery next to each feed, and it can also be accessed under the Monitoring tab in the left-menu.

Searching and Filtering

In content discovery, you can search for any posts via the search bar at the top, as well as filter for specific types of content with the filter menu on the right.

To use the filter menu, select, or deselect any options, fill-in any tags or data field, and click 'Apply'.

We encourage leveraging Tags to create labels for content like your owned and earned posts, as well posts by partnerships or campaigns. Please refer to the help sections on Workflows for more insight on how to create tags.

Filtering by AI Tags

If AI processing is enabled for the feed, you will see a section to allow you to filter for specific categories detected by the AI classifier. If you do not see this option but would like to leverage it for your feed, please contact your Zoomph representative.

The different AI categories available are:

  • Logo AI - a list of detected brand logos in images and video content
  • Asset - a list of detected assets. This may include objects such as 'Jersey', 'Playing Surface' etc.
  • Logo On Asset - a list of detected brands on specific locations. This may include labels such as 'Oracle Playing Surface', 'Salesforce Courtside LED' etc

Sorting

You can leverage a variety of sorting actions to determine the ordering of the content displayed.

Post Insights

Zoomph provides individual metrics for all organic social posts (ie. posts that are not retweets and comments).

To view post metrics, click "View Insights" on a post.

Post insights display specific engagement metrics respective to each social platform, and also include Zoomph derived metrics like ZPoints and Social Value.

Content that comes from your owned and authenticated social accounts will include true impression metrics directly from each platform.

Non-owned and earned posts will have projected impressions built on Zoomph's proprietary projection model.

If you prefer to analyze data in a raw data format, you can also export a CSV of all your feed (with any applied filters) in the action menu above the search box.
