As Zoomph collects your relevant social content, the platform constantly enriches your social data to provide you deeper insights into your content and consumers. The following is a brief on how Zoomph enriches demographic and personality data for social profiles.
Personality Traits
Zoomph analyzes the following personality traits:
- Inventive & curious vs. consistent & cautious
- Efficient & organized vs. easy-going & careless
- Outgoing and energetic vs. solitary & reserved
- Friendly & compassionate vs. analytical & detached
- Sensitive & nervous vs. secure & confident
A person can belong to multiple categories. In order to identify these traits, we initially identify people who explicitly self-identify themselves in any category. We then study the social behaviors of those populations to learn about their broader characteristics, and to predict additional traits.
Demographic Data
For demographic data, Zoomph does not solely depend on social network data because of the limited/sparse availability. Zoomph applies a patented formula that currently predicts gender, and age range by connecting social data with public and private data sets (e.g. US Census data).
