Upgrading

Ready to take the next step with Zoomph? Check out our plans page for details on each plan, and contact us when you're ready to upgrade or if you'd like to more details on a particular plan. 

Deactivating

Need to deactivate (cancel) your Zoomph account? 

Deactivating your account WILL close your account, and terminate your automated recurring billing. Upon deactivation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your account will be closed. 

PLEASE NOTE: Deactivating your account will delete the feeds and data in your account, and any visuals you have embedded on websites, will no longer work. Zoomph is not responsible for recovering any data deleted as a result of an account being deactivated. If you would like to maintain your feeds and data, contact us at support@zoomph to discuss data storage options.

To deactivate, hover over your name in the top-right corner of the screen, select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu, and select the Account Settings page.

There you will see the option to 'Deactivate'.

You will then be prompted with a brief survey.
