To access your account settings, navigate up to your name in the top-right hand corner of any screen, open the drop-down menu, and select 'Settings'.
Within your account settings, you can access, the settings for yourself and other users in your account and your invoices and billing information.
On the initial Account Settings page, you will see a few different identifiers for your account. Should you ever to reach out to us, including the following information if you have it available to you is always super helpful!
- Account Name
- Client ID
- Email Address
- User ID
- Point of Contact
The POC on your account is by default, the person who originally opened your Zoomph account.
It's imperative that the POC on your account is someone who is an active user and generally responsive, as this is the person who receives any system notifications as well as the person who will receive any emails from our team ever need to reach with pertinent account information.
