How to Submit a Support Request
To streamline and improve your experience, Zoomph has moved all support requests in-platform. Here's a quick guide to help you submit your request:
📍 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into Zoomph.
Make sure you’re signed in to your account. - Locate the Support Icon.
In the bottom right-hand corner, you’ll see a white question mark inside a circle. - Open the Resource Center.
Click on that icon to open the support menu. - Choose “Feedback / Support.”
Select the second option in the menu — it says:
“Feedback / Support — Share your thoughts with us.” - Fill Out the Form.
Enter the following details:- Your name
- Your email
- A detailed description of your issue or feedback
- (Optional) Add Attachments.
You can upload files or screenshots to help us better understand your request. - Submit.
Once complete, hit Submit — and we’ll take it from there!
